Information we collect
We may collect information you submit through our website or checkout, including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, TradingView username, demo request, selected paid product, trading-experience range and purchase details. Affiliate applicants may also provide their country, audience, promotional channels, payout preference and payout contact or account reference.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Technical Trader AI does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe may process transaction, device, identity and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
- to process demo requests and activate purchased products;
- to provide customer service, product notices and subscription administration;
- to prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized access;
- to maintain business, tax and transaction records;
- to review affiliate applications, attribute referrals, calculate commissions and record payouts; and
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and international processing
We may share only necessary information with service providers that support payments, hosting, communications, analytics, security or legal compliance. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and advertising
If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, the site will request consent before loading optional Google Analytics or Meta Pixel technology. Customers may decline optional tracking. Essential site, form and security functions do not depend on that consent.
Retention and security
Demo requests may include campaign tags, advertising identifiers, the landing page and the referring website to help us understand how people find the service. With your analytics consent, we also use a first-party visitor cookie lasting up to 90 days to measure demo page visits and form interactions, and preserve first-visit and latest-visit attribution. Declining optional analytics does not prevent a demo request; campaign details from the current visit can still accompany the form. We do not include your contact details in anonymous page-interaction events.
We retain information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes.
