Acceptance and eligibility

By purchasing, accessing or using a Technical Trader AI product, you agree to these terms. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you.

Software licence

Purchases provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for the paid subscription period. Product access, files, signals, settings and documentation may not be resold, shared, copied, reverse engineered, republished or used to create a competing service.

Subscriptions and payments

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Recurring plans renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. To prevent the next renewal, customers must contact support@technicaltrader.ai at least 48 hours before the next due date. Customers are responsible for keeping payment and contact information current. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Third-party platforms

Some products require third-party platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader 5, Stripe or Myfxbook. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and technical requirements. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions or changes made by third parties.

No financial advice or guarantee

Our products are software tools for analysis and automation. They do not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, a solicitation or a promise of profit. Customers remain responsible for all trading decisions, configurations, broker conditions and risk controls.

Availability and changes

We may update products, correct errors, suspend misuse or change features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product improvement. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technical Trader AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect losses, platform failures or decisions made using the products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
